Relationship management is a very important process to effectively manage all interactions with colleagues at the workplace or your friends in your institutions, to achieve the goals of the organization. And it doesn’t have to be a best friend, it is found that people who have a good friend in the workplace are more likely to be productive.

 GET FACE TO FACE

When something goes wrong, never try to solve the issue through emails or indirect communications. A phone call is better than an email — there’s something that’s even better than a phone call: meeting in person. If at all possible, you should get face to face. When things go right, wrong, or are otherwise indifferent, the more you’re able to be face to face with others, the stronger your bond will grow.

 BE TRANSPARENT AND HUMAN

             Stop trying to be such a polished version of yourself in front of others. Quit attempting to be such a cleaned adaptation of yourself before others. With an end goal to tidy yourself up, you’re really debasing your picture and changing yourself into somebody you aren’t. They don’t need some perfect picture of you. They need the genuine article. Mix-ups will occur in everybody’s life, except we should demonstrate the fearlessness to acknowledge it and apologize, there you show the polished methodology in your vocation.

 MUTUAL RESPECT AND TRUST

This is the basis of every good relationship. When you trust your colleagues, you form a powerful bond that encourages you to work and impart all the more viably. If you trust the people you work with, you can be open and honest in your thoughts and actions, and you don’t have to waste time and energy “watching your back.”

SPREAD POSITIVITY AND STAY POSITIVE

 “We should never stop being a good person because of bad persons”. You should attract the energy that you give off, speed good vibes, think positive and enjoy life.

 MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS

It is we who decides either to build healthy and productive relationships or to choose empty and destructive relationships. Positive relations encourage each other to grow and flourish.

 BE IN A TEAM

Always be in a team rather than remaining as individuals which help in collaboration and brainstorming.

IGNORE THOSE WHO IGNORES YOU

Try ignoring the negative thoughts and refuse to give them any attention, you are taking the life out of them and they can be eliminated from life. Even at your best, someone will always have something negative to say. Pursue greatness anyway.

 FIND A TIME TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS

Every day spend some time to build healthy relationships within your organization. Every little interaction can help you build powerful relationships.

HAVE A LEARNING ATTITUDE

Don’t take the proverb “The boss is always right” literally. Keep a learning attitude and this would help the employees to feel more comfortable while they give their point of view to you. This also helps the employees to realize that they are all the same and gives a sense of oneness.

SHOW VALUE, BE EMPATHETIC

Value your employees. When you do it honestly, your relationship would automatically transcend to another level. If any of your employees go to any problems and have a hard time dealing with it. Give them your helping hand and this could create wonders for your relationship.

The workplace should be divine as a temple. It is we who decides whether to work happily in an organization or to work by cursing others.

The world is filled with people who, no matter what you do, no matter what you try, will simply not like you. Focus on the people who value you, who have a concern for you. Ignore all other factors and focus on your career.

 

Don’t waste your finite time and heart trying to convince the people who aren’t your people that you have value. Never try to convince them to walk your path with you because you only waste your time and your emotional health.
