Dr Vincent has 20 years of experience in diverse sectors including Teaching, Consulting, Training and Research. He holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from Rajagiri College of Social sciences, Cochin and a Ph D from Cochin University of Science and Technology. He has been exposed to various prestigious training programmes organized by reputed institutes like Harvard and IIMs. He has published articles in reputed journals and chapters in Springer Nature, Singapore. His teaching, research and consulting interests lie in the following areas – Executive Performance Analytics, Positive Psychology, Gender Role Congruence and Entrepreneurship Pedagogy.
Dr Philcy Antony

Dr Philcy started her teaching career in Christ University, Bengaluru as a visiting Professor, and then passionately served as a Business School faculty in Mount Carmel College Autonomous, Bengaluru for a decade. She has both industrial and teaching experience. She is a passionate trainer who dedicates herself to inspiring, challenging and nurturing the minds of trainees as they discover the art of learning and the art of life. Her teaching and research interests include Employee Engagement, Entrepreneurship, Industrial Relations, Psychological Contract.
