Marian International Institute of Management (MIIM) is a unique initiative of the Catholic Diocese of Kanjirappally. As stated earlier, MIIM offers various training programs to all its students. It literally starts from day 1.
It should be noted that students will be coming from various streams like Commerce, BBA, Arts, Science, etc. MBA teaches management through experience which may require a partial transition of the attitude of students. Regular aptitude training: MIIM provides regular sessions on aptitude training. For most of the companies’ interviews, the Aptitude test would be the initial round to shortlist the candidates. It also comes handy if students are planning to write any competitive exams. QT, English, Logical Reasoning, etc. are included in the session.
