Valedictory function & certificate distribution of the Placement Readiness Enhancement Program conducted by the Marion International Institute and the Kanjirappally Diocese SMYM was done on 7th March 2020. The keynote address of the function was done by HE Mar Jose Pulickal. PREP was conducted at various centers on Saturdays of January and February 2020 in order to develop the skills of the youth and to empower them.
Young people are the strength of today and this kind of enhancement program is vital for their growth. Bishop Mar Jose Pulikal commented. The course certificates were distributed to students who had come from various prep centers in Kanjirappally diocese. Over 100 young people have gone through special Placement Training, Outbound Training, English Speech Training and Skill Development Training.
The participants got a golden opportunity to attend a job fair of more than 50 companies within the college campus. Marian International Institute of Management Principal Fr. Reji Pazhoor, SMYM Kanjirapally Diocese Director Fr. Varghese Kochupurakkal, Marion College Manager Fr. James Kozimala, M. B. A Coordinator Dr. Shinil has delivered their messages.
The next phase of the Placement Readiness Enhancement Program will begin in June 2020.
