Dr. Sabu Varghese, Deputy planning officer – Idukki, Sri Abraham Kurian IPS DGP (Retd) U.P Cadre, Dr. T V Muralivallabhan, Director of Economics Programme & Research in Marian College were the panelists. Dr. Shinil Sebastian moderated the panel discussion.
